Ten year guarantee

The vast majority of furniture for sale at Dawsons Furniture is covered by a comprehensive ten year manufacturer’s guarantee, with only occasional items covered by less than ten years. However you’ll find ALL our furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee of a minimum of five years.

New Zealand Made
Virtually all the furniture sold at Dawson's Furniture is New Zealand made. By choosing to stock New Zealand made furniture we can be assured of the quality and workmanship because if we want to go and have a look at a piece of furniture being made, a lot of the time we can just drive to the factory. And because the furniture factories are local, if support is needed, help is close by (not in China). Also, there is a huge amount of flexibility when choosing our furniture, when it comes to colour size and fabric choice, that will often not be possible if choosing imported furniture.

Family Owned and Operated
Dawson’s Furniture is a family owned and operated business that first opened its doors in 1978. Being that it is a family run business, our reputation is paramount, consequently the level of service you can expect from Dawson's is second to none. In the unlikely event you had a problem, you could speak directly to the owner who still works on the shop floor full time.
